Did that title pull you in? You’re reading this so it obviously worked
to get your attention, but it also confirms something else. You believe in
yourself. You believe that you have potential. I mean, otherwise, why
would you have clicked the link or be reading this? Having this pointed out to
you might surprise you. Maybe you’re going through a rough time and nothing
seems to be going your way. Maybe you’ve been kicked around and had your
heart broken. Maybe you’re going through feelings of worthlessness. BUT you
chose to read this article. The reason for that? You do love yourself. You
believe in yourself—even if you didn’t think that was the case. If you didn’t,
well, you would have just kept on going about your life.
So how can you realize your unlimited potential?
You believe in yourself. You’ve
already taken the first step by reading this article—and believing in yourself
is a huge step! Without believing in your abilities and talents, potential
wouldn’t do you much good. But to harness and mold that potential involves action.
You keep on pursuing your goals.
This one may be easier said than done especially in the light of discouragement
or setbacks. But if your self-belief is strong then this will make it
impossible not to act. Let me re-phrase that positively. If you have strong
self-belief then you will pursue your goals, your passion, your purpose, no
matter what and against all odds, realizing that there is no such thing as
failure but you will see all things as learning opportunities.
You realize no one else is more qualified to be
you. That’s right, beautiful, you are the only one who possesses the skill-set and the experience to realize your full potential.
You keep on dreaming. Just
as you pursue your purpose with full zeal, you realize nothing is too big for
you. You continue to reach and continue to dream and continue to do.
Acknowledge you were given your gift for a reason. Whether this gift be
energy healing, creative expression, and the list is endless, you were given
the capability to excel in your area for a reason.
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
― Howard Thurman
Decide. This is really the key
after self-belief. By deciding that nothing is going to stop you from being
yourself, nothing—or no one—will hold you back.
Repeat after me, the following:
I am the light.
I am infinite.
I believe in myself.
I will always dream.
I will always aspire.
I will pursue my goals while realizing they have already manifested.
I realize my full potential.
